Built in the XVII century by archbishop Federico Borromeo, the Ambrosiana is a library, an art gallery and an academy. The Pinacoteca art gallery owns the famous Atlantic Code of Leonardo da Vinci including 1750 technical and scientific drawings. It is possible also to see the large painting of Raffaello about the Athenian School, the Musician of Da Vinci, the Fruit Basket of Caravaggio, the Madonna of the Pavilion of Botticelli and the Adoration of the Magi of Titian.
