The exhibition path follows and illustrates the path which conducted the Master to his last masterpiece, ideal fulfillment of his exceptional artistic experience. Besides the Rondanini Pity a series of projects for Crucifixions and also some other drafts and original drawings besides those owned by the circle of the Master. There are indeed marble and bronze sculptures, paintings and the last rhymes of Michelangelo on sheets coming from the Vatican Library.
